• Check and clean burners (if applicable ) • Check all safeties and controls • Inspect heat exchanger • Vacuum and clean unit (if applicable ) • Check gas pressure • Check filter and replace (if applicable ) • Flush drains ( if applicable ) • Inspect thermostat and calibrate • Inspect blower motor • Check capacitor • Check fresh air intake and exhaust • Check CO level (mandatory) • Check components • Check temperature rise
